If you are faxing or mailing the registration form, please return to MPA with payment information.  Keep a copy for your records. Payment must accompany your form before it will be processed.  Checks must be accompanied by a copy of the registration form.

REGISTRATION FEES

Fees shown below are for the full two-day conference.  Day One, October 14, will consist of General Sessions with topics and discussions geared for a wide variety of top-level magazine professionals.  Day Two, October 15, offers business-specific breakout sessions devoted exclusively to ad marketing, consumer marketing, and editorial.  All breakout sessions will be held in the morning only.

*Three or more must register at the same time and be employed by the same company.

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

Registration fees are nontransferable.  Excluding a processing fee of $125, full refunds will be granted if written requests are received by MPA on or prior to September 9, 2009.  A 50% refund will be granted for written cancellations received on or prior to September 23, 2009.  No refunds will be given thereafter and MPA will adhere strictly to these dates.  Verbal cancellations will not be accepted.  If a registration form is received (by fax or mail) without payment, and subsequently canceled, you will be invoiced for the appropriate amount.
