For magazines planning on submitting iPad, iPhone or Android apps in any National Magazine Awards category, please read the following directions.
Magazines submitting an app should include a link to the app so that judges can download it from iTunes or the Android Marketplace (if the entry consists of more than one app with different URLs, please include each URL). Remember to note on your entry form which app the judges should purchase and download.
ASME will purchase and distribute gift cards to judges so they can access apps. Following the judging, ASME will bill magazines for the cost of the gift cards. ASME will purchase four gift cards per submission.
